The Immigration Advisory Program prescreens passengers on direct Polish LOT flights from F. Chopin Airport in Warsaw to Newark, New York and Chicago for a preliminary determination of admissibility to the U.S.

Polish citizens holding US visas who have questions about admissibility can submit questions via e- mail to publicwrw@state.gov. or by phone to 504-2200 between 2pm and 4pm Monday-Friday. Please note that we will only be able to provide general guidance on procedures.
