Attorneys

Embassy Warsaw and Consulate General Krakow have compiled lists of attorneys with the help of Polish District Bar Associations. Except as noted, the attorneys on the lists have all expressed a willingness to handle general civil and criminal matters. According to Polish regulations, fees for legal assistance for foreigners must be comparable to fees in their native countries. Fees cover the handling of the case, and include such costs as transportation, searches for documents, photocopies, typing and so forth. The American Embassy and Consulate General assume no responsibility for the professional ability or integrity of the persons who appear on the list.
