Groups of five or more unrelated persons traveling together for a purpose other than tourism are required to schedule a group appointment and appear together for an interview.

To schedule an interview for your group, please:

1. Call the Appointment Line at 0 701 77 44 00.
2. Obtain an appointment date and time from the operator.
3. Contact the Embassy via email at Groupskrk@state.gov for further processing instructions.

Please note that only one group member need email the Consulate to obtain processing instructions for the entire group. Group organizers will be required to submit visa applications and biographical data for all applicants in advance of the appointment.
