Defense Cooperation in Armaments (DCA)

Concerns cooperation in weapons research, development, testing, evaluation, and acquisition; identifies opportunities for U.S.-Poland military cooperation; facilitates contacts between the two countries’ defense organizations; and promotes programs to enhance interoperability and mutual security.
