Military-to-Military Program (M2M)

The Mil-to-Mil program is one of United States European Command’s most successful engagement activities.  The program continues as a visible US initiative and is expanding and adapting to the ever changing environment.  It is in the best interests of the US to expand democracies throughout the Area Of Responsibility in an effort to achieve regional stability.  This program has demonstrated undisputed progress toward achieving this goal, and will continue to do so into the future.
