American Football in Warsaw

The U.S. Embassy in Warsaw is a sponsor of American Football Days in Poland on March 25 and 26, 2006 announced Counselor for Public Affairs, Edward Kulakowski. The teams participating in the tournament are the Sollerod Gold Diggers from Denmark, the Pardubice Stallions of the Czech Republic, the KFA Wielkopolska from Poland, and the Warsaw Eagles from Poland. The tournament will run from 9 AM to 17.20 PM on Saturday, March 25, and from 9 AM to 1:20 PM on Sunday the 26 at the rugby field of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, located at 34 Marymoncka Street. Besides the tournament, the organizers are having a mini-tournament of flag football, football workshops, and a lottery for the spectators.
