Study Around the World

The U.S. Embassy is participating in “Study Around the World,” an event targeting high school students and graduate university students at Warsaw University of Technology (pl. Politechniki 1) on Friday, September 23, 2005. The “Study in the United States” program will consist of the following speakers:

Topic: The System of Higher Education in the United States.
Speaker: B. Bix Aliu, Deputy Cultural Attache, U.S. Embassy in Warsaw


Time: 11:20 - 11:40
Topic: From Application to Admission.
Speaker: Ola Augustyniak, Educational Adviser, Polish U.S. Fulbright Commission

Time: 11:40-12:00
Topic: Financing Study in the United States.
Speaker: Maria Brzostek, Educational and Cultural Adviser, U.S. Consulate General in Krakow

Time: 12:00-12:20
Topic: Obtaining your Student Visa.
Speaker: Karin M. King, Deputy Consul General, U.S. Embassy in Warsaw

Time: 12:20-12:30
Topic: Question and Answer Session
