Group Interviews

Groups of five or more unrelated persons traveling together for a purpose other than tourism are required to schedule a group appointment.

To get information how to schedule an appointment for your group, please access the web site: www.visausa.pl or call the Appointment and Information Line at 0 701 77 44 77, Monday through Friday between 7.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m.

The United States Embassy in Warsaw is pleased to announce a new Visa Appointment and Information Service.

A group representative, having access to web site www.visausa.pl, will be able to schedule an appointment for groups of 5 or more non-family members interested in traveling to the United States together for a purpose other then tourism. Once the U.S. Embassy has authorized an agency or group, the group representative will be given a PIN to utilize the Group Appointment System repeatedly, at any time. A PIN can be obtained by sending an e-mail to groupswrw@state.gov specifying the group or an agency, the number of persons traveling, and purpose and time of the trip.

The charge for one name is 5,- PLN 22% VAT included. Once a person scheduling a group appointment has paid, he has an access to a one month calendar and can choose an appointment day Monday through Friday beginning 7:30 a.m.

Another option to make a group appointment is calling the info-line number 0-701-77-44-77 and scheduling an appointment date through the operator.
