Ambassador Sends Congratulations to Cardinal Dziwisz

Ambassador Victor Ashe extends his heartfelt congratulations to Cardinal Dziwisz on his nomination by his holiness Pope Benedict the XVI. “We all welcome the decision of the Holy Father as we see it as a measure towards strengthening the Church in its mission to serve the people as well as a testimony to a bond with the Holy Father John Paul II, whose ministry changed the face of the earth.”
